ABOUT AMANDA LAPLANTE
I have always been passionate about art and design. In my time at the University of Nebraska Lincoln, almost all of my courses were related to art. I was able to learn about not only graphic design and typography, but many other subjects such as video and sound editing, photography, drawing, and more. Through my classes, personal endeavors, and past work opportunities, I have gained talents and experience all throughout the world of design. I am excited to take on the professional design world and share my talents, as well as nurture them by learning from other skilled individuals.

Created all graphics for the first year of a brand new learning program, and assisted in creating their brand. Designed a logo,
web banners/graphics, business cards, t-shirts, and more.
Assisted the head graphic designer with many projects for events and for the gift shop. I was able to create brand new designs using their existing branding, as well as elevate that branding with good design principles. Designed t-shirts, window graphics, way-finding signs, social media content, among others.
